Priced by what has to work — not by page count.
Two sites can have the same five pages and one takes twice as long. The difference is always in the features, the design and the content. So that is what the price is based on: you get one fixed number before work starts, and it holds.

Answer four questions. You can send the result straight to me and we take it from there.
What are we building?
Roughly how many different screens or pages?
5 included with a business website; each extra unique screen adds $250. Repeated layouts (e.g. 20 similar service pages) count as one.
Which of these do you need?
How custom is it?
- Business website (base)
- $2,200
This is a starting point, not a quote. After a short call you get one fixed number in writing — and it does not change unless you change the scope.

If you know these five things about your project, you already know roughly where it lands.
- 01Things that have to workAccounts, payments, bookings, integrations. Each is a real system with edge cases, not a page.
- 02How custom the design isA clean, proven layout is quick. A one-of-a-kind look with animations takes longer — and is worth it for some brands.
- 03How many unique screensTwenty pages with the same layout is one screen. Five totally different ones is five.
- 04Content and languagesWho writes the texts, and in how many languages.
- 05DeadlineRushing means dropping other work; a relaxed timeline is cheaper.
Kept running, if you want.
Every project works without me. But if you would rather not think about hosting, updates and small tweaks:
Hosting and domain looked after, updates installed, backups checked, and I fix anything that breaks.
Everything above, plus up to 2 hours of changes each month — new texts, a new section, a small feature.
One-off changes outside a plan: $75 / hour, always agreed before starting.
Simple terms.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD); applicable taxes are added on the invoice.
- You get a fixed price and a delivery date in writing before anything starts.
- 40% to start, 60% when it is live and you are happy — paid securely through Stripe.
- Two rounds of changes are included at every stage.
- You own the code, the domain and every account — I never hold them hostage.

Not sure which one you need?
Describe the problem, not the solution. I will suggest the smallest thing that solves it.
